We are committed to safety at Serpentine TV and ensure we produce thorough risk assessments and method statements for every element of each production we undertake. This includes assessment of the business day to day health and safety and the strict approach we expect to be taken on each and every production.
Full Health and Safety policy can be available on request.
Serpentine TV mitigate any slavery risks within our supply chain by outlining our internal processes to identify potential exposures, effectively monitor our suppliers, and escalate any known/potential risks.
Through annual review we actively assess our approach and ensure we meet the standards as stipulated by the UK Home Office and Modern Slavery Act 2015. Full anti-slavery policy statement can be available on request.
We outline expectations of suppliers through a range of requirements, including human rights and modern slavery. All work performed for Serpentine TV by a supplier must fall in line with our code of conduct and comply with internal rules and regulations. We operate our business with a set of core values which we expect suppliers and associates to uphold, this includes a set of behaviours which allow us to work together as a team and feel safe, valued and heard. This code of conduct reflects our commitment to respect and human rights in all areas and communities we operate. Serpentine TV is committed to working with our suppliers, associates and employees to help end modern slavery or any other abuse of human rights. Full code of conduct can be available on request.
